MAK Plans is the service and training brand operated by Manzoor Ahmad Khan. MAK Academy is its independent training division.

Professional assignments

Scope, inputs, deliverables, review points, timing, revisions, fees and payment milestones are agreed before paid work starts. Changes to inputs or scope may require revised timing and fees. Clients remain responsible for validating supplied project information and approving project decisions.

Training bookings

Fees, session count, duration, group arrangements, timetable, timezone, access period and completion requirements are confirmed before payment. A place is confirmed after payment is verified and enrolment is confirmed. Do not treat an enquiry as a paid booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are supplied with the specific booking or proposal before payment. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Learning materials and recordings

Materials are for the enrolled participant’s authorised use. Recordings require an agreed arrangement and appropriate participant consent. Do not redistribute materials or recordings without permission.

Certificates

Completion certificates require the stated participation and assessment criteria to be met. Attendance certificates confirm the stated attendance. Neither represents external accreditation, Oracle certification or a guarantee of employment.

Software and access

Use appropriately licensed software. Software licences and paid sharing services are not included unless specifically agreed. Keep backups before technical support changes and agree remote-access arrangements separately.

Confidentiality and public examples

Only share information you are authorised to disclose. Project information is used for the agreed assignment; public portfolio use, training examples and feedback publication require separate permission.
