Who operates the website

MAK Plans is operated by Manzoor Ahmad Khan. Contact info@makplans.com for privacy questions.

Enquiries and files

Proposal and training forms collect the information you provide to review and respond to your request. Optional documents are used for that enquiry. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials or confidential client records through an initial enquiry.

Student and certificate records

Student accounts may hold enrolment, course progress and completion information. Certificate records are managed by authorised administrators. Public verification uses an exact reference and exposes only the current award details and an approved public name where permission has been given.

Service providers and contact links

Hosting, email and the learning system process information needed to operate the service. Microsoft Teams is used for live teaching. WhatsApp links open that provider’s service when selected. Recording arrangements and any third-party learning links are confirmed for the course.

Cookies and tracking

WordPress and the learning system use cookies needed for sign-in and account functionality. No additional advertising or conversion tracking is introduced by this website update.

Access and retention

Information is retained for service delivery, administration, recordkeeping and applicable obligations. Access is limited to those administering the service and the relevant service providers. Request correction or deletion by email; some records may need to be retained.

Publication permissions

Portfolio information, feedback, client logos and public certificate names are published only after the appropriate permission is recorded.
