MAK ACADEMY

Learn P6 through the planning work.

Start with the project requirements, develop a schedule and learn how to keep it useful as work progresses. Choose the level that matches your starting knowledge.

THREE DISTINCT LEVELS

A practical progression.

Beginner introduces schedule development. Intermediate adds resources, costs and monitoring. Advanced develops analysis and programme improvement. Course scope, prerequisites, session arrangements and fees are agreed before enrolment.

TRAINING FORMATS

Live group, private and corporate training.

Live group: a shared timetable with practical exercises and participant discussion.

Private individual: sessions arranged around the participant’s goals, starting knowledge and availability.

Corporate: a defined programme for the organisation’s team and learning requirements.

Microsoft Teams remains the primary teaching platform. Group sizes, teaching hours and dates are confirmed with the booking.

PRACTICE AND ASSESSMENT

Build the work and explain your decisions.

Practical exercises, short quizzes and assignment review support the live teaching. Independent practice is expected between sessions. The specific participation and assessment requirements are confirmed for each programme.

MAK Academy issues its own Certificate of Completion after the stated requirements are met. A Certificate of Attendance may be used where appropriate. These are independent training awards, not Oracle certification or external accreditation.

FOCUSED DEVELOPMENT

Specialist workshops by arrangement.

Discuss deeper casework in delay analysis, earned value, resource optimisation or project reporting where your work requires it. These subjects may need additional training beyond the core level introduction.
